WeActive8 LLCis a Wyoming-registered limited liability company providing digital marketing, software, and hosting services to small and medium businesses. What lives where

A few quick facts
- We do not sell personal data.Not to ad networks, data brokers, lead resellers, or affiliates. This is true under both the CCPA and GDPR definitions of “sale.”
- SMS opt-in is explicit. You pick a checkbox or give verbal consent on a recorded call. We never auto-enroll based on a phone number left in a form.
- You can leave at any time. Cancel a retainer, opt out of SMS, delete your account, request data export, or ask us to erase your records. The contact for all of it is the same: hello@weactive8.com.
- Governing law is Wyoming, USA. Disputes are resolved in Sheridan County state or federal courts unless an executed contract says otherwise.
