We just redesigned the site last year. Why would we redesign again?+
If the site is converting where you need it to convert, you shouldn't. The question is not whether it looks good. The question is whether the pricing page, the demo form, and the highest-traffic content surface are pulling their weight. If your pricing bounces at 70%+ or your demo form sub-2%, the visual redesign didn't fix the conversion problem. We diagnose first so you know what to leave alone.
What is the difference between a redesign and a CRO engagement?+
A redesign rewrites a surface based on a thesis. A CRO engagement proves whether the new surface actually converts better. We do both. The redesign ships as the variant. The original stays as the control. The test runs for 2-4 weeks at real traffic. You ship the winner. If the redesign loses, you keep the data and the next test gets sharper.
How much traffic do we need to make A/B testing worthwhile?+
For binary conversion events like demo signups or pricing-to-trial, you want roughly 1,000 visitors per variant per week to detect a 15-20% lift in 3-4 weeks. Below that, we run sequential redesigns with pre/post analysis instead of split tests, or we test higher up the funnel where volume is bigger (homepage CTA, blog-to-MQL).
Do you use Webflow, Framer, or production code?+
Whatever your team will keep running after we leave. If you're on Webflow, we ship in Webflow. If you're on Next.js, we ship React components into your repo. If you have nothing yet, we recommend a path. We don't push a stack. We push a working funnel.
What about analytics and event tracking? We don't really have any.+
That comes first, before any redesign. You cannot test what you cannot measure. We instrument the funnel events you care about (GA4 + PostHog or your existing setup), validate the data is clean for one week, then start the redesign work. About 60% of clients arrive without proper tracking. We treat that as part of the audit, not a separate engagement.
What is the lowest-commitment way to find out if this is right for us?+
Start with the Activation Audit. We map your funnel, score every surface against conversion benchmarks, and rank the redesign-and-test candidates by expected impact. If a redesign is not the highest-leverage move, we tell you that too. If you escalate to a build, the audit fee credits against it.
