Use your stack. Or ours. We don't care, your KPIs do.
8CRM, Team8s, 8Host, 8automations are the tools we built for our own agency work. You can use them. You can also use HubSpot, Slack, Cloudflare, Zapier. Both work.
- No product lock-in
- Self-service or engagement-bundled
- Full data export, always
No lock-in. Use your stack or ours. The products below are optional. The Activation work is what we sell. Everything else is plumbing, and good plumbing is plumbing you can swap.
The CRM we built so we could stop apologizing for HubSpot's price tag.
Most SMBs don't need 200 features. They need contacts, deals, email, calls, a real inbox, and reports that aren't a finance project. 8CRM ships that. Email forwarding, dialer, dashboards, Team8s built in, mobile app, BYO telephony.
- Built-in telephony via Telnyx or Twilio (BYO)
- Email forwarding from Gmail/Outlook, no OAuth jail
- Real reports, not platform-vanity widgets
- Team8s workspace chat in the same app
- Public API + mobile app from day one
Workspace chat that lives inside your CRM, not in a separate browser tab.
We were paying for Slack AND a CRM. They didn't talk. The deal you're discussing in chat had to be opened in a tab to be referenced. Team8s puts channels, DMs, threads, @-mentions, and #deal/#contact references in the same app where the work actually happens.
- Channels, DMs, threads, reactions, @-mentions
- Reference contacts, deals, companies inline with $/#/^
- Slash commands, GIFs, pin, mute, edit, delete
- Push notifications via mobile app
- 30-day retention, no $7/user/mo seat tax
Managed hosting with email, SSL, backups, and a phone number you can actually call.
We hosted client sites on big-name cloud and got burned every time something broke at midnight. 8Host is built on hardware we own with humans we can call. Daily DB dumps, weekly per-client backups, full-server snapshots, the works.
- Full-stack managed: Hestia + Nginx + PHP + email + SSL
- Daily, weekly, and monthly backups (4 tracked layers)
- Founder phone number, not a ticket queue
- EU-based hosting (Hetzner AX41), no surprise egress fees
- Client portal with email, DNS, SSL, phpMyAdmin, Roundcube
Marketing flows that run themselves. Built per engagement, not as a self-serve SaaS.
Zapier is fine until you have 30 flows and one breaks at 2am. 8automations is the toolkit + runbook we ship inside paid engagements: cart recovery, lifecycle email, lead routing, performance digests, low-stock alerts. No public app. It's an engagement deliverable, not a subscription you forget about.
- Cart-recovery, win-back, nurture, alert flows
- Owned and maintained by us during the engagement
- Handover documentation so your team owns it after
- No subscription. Included in the relevant retainer
- Triggers from 8CRM, Stripe, your store, your data
If you hire us for an Activation layer, the products plug in.
If you're hiring us for the Lead Gen layer and you already pay for HubSpot, we plug into HubSpot. If you don't have a CRM yet, 8CRM is right there, and you don't pay extra for it inside an active engagement. Same for the other three. Pick your battles.
We integrate with it. We'll tell you upfront if a tool is going to slow the engagement down, but we won't force-migrate.
Our products cover the four most common stack holes (CRM, chat, hosting, automation). You can use them, or pick your own.
Your data, source files, and assets come with you. Full export, no clawback. The products keep working at their published prices.
Pricing lives on each product's own surface. Not hidden.
If a product doesn't have a public price page yet, it's in invite-only beta. That's 8automations right now. Everything else publishes its prices on its own subdomain. You shouldn't have to book a call to find out what a CRM seat costs.

Maddy, founder of WeActive8.
We built every one of these because we needed them on our own agency work. 8CRM after we got tired of HubSpot quotes. Team8s after Slack billed us for users who hadn't logged in for a quarter. 8Host after a managed-cloud vendor lost our backup. They're tools, not religions. Use them if they fit, swap them if they don't.
